In this webinar, you’ll learn secrets of the brainstorming process, and simple-to-use strategies to create memorable work. You will also learn how to create and explore your own design style within a larger publication framework.

Vince Chiaramonte is the Design Director for The Buffalo News. By emphasizing a bold and sophisticated design strategy The News has become an industry leader in visual journalism through the use of classic typography, illustration, information graphics, editorial and portrait photography. Since 2006, The News design department has received more than 200 awards for design and illustration, including 6 silver medals and a Judges’ Special Recognition. The News is also a 3-time finalist for World’s Best Designed Newspaper (2007, 2011 and 2013).

Our members art direct, design, edit, report, illustrate, photograph and record video, visualize data – and write code.
