LinkedIn has hundreds of millions of registered users. These users and this platform can be much more than a professional networking social media tool if you know how to make the most of it.

In this Webinar, you’ll learn how to mine LinkedIn for sources and story ideas, promote your own stories, increase your professional visibility, and conduct advanced searches on companies, groups and more.

You'll also learn how to use the alumni tool and unified search functions.

After the session you will be eligible for a free one-year upgrade to LinkedIn Premium, which will allow you to send InMails to potential sources and conduct much more refined searches. We will give the details during the live Webinar on how to get this opportunity.

[Working journalists who join LinkedIn for Journalists group and attend this Webinar live can receive a free upgrade for one year. LinkedIn manually upgrades journalists, so they don't need credit card information. The offer is good only for those participants who take this Webinar Live. For those who watch the recording at a later date, they would need to take one of the other bimonthly Webinars hosted by LinkedIn. Information available on the Linked in for Journalists group.]
